About Our Clinic
Aspen Integrative Medical Center is a well-established, full-service clinic in downtown Flagstaff, Arizona, offering high-quality integrative medicine since 2017. Our History
Our clinic is a family practice at heart, owned and operated by husband-and-wife duo Dr. Paul Despres and Dr. Alexandra Mele, who purchased the clinic in 2024.
Dr. Despres and Dr. Mele first met at Bastyr University’s Naturopathic Medicine Program in Kenmore, WA, where they discovered a shared dream—to create a one-of-a-kind clinic that transforms lives. Their journey took them from the Pacific Northwest to the Arizona desert, where Dr. Mele completed a two-year teaching residency at Sonoran University of Health Sciences in Tempe. After her residency, they moved to Flagstaff to turn their vision into reality and establish deep roots in the community.
Today, they are honored to serve the Flagstaff community, committed to increasing access to the healing benefits of naturopathic medicine.
