Straightforward pricing to help you plan for your care.
We believe you should have a clear understanding of the cost of your care. Our goal is to make our fees straightforward and easy to find, so you know what to expect before scheduling a visit or receiving treatment.
Below you’ll find our current fees for consultations, treatments, and other services. Some treatments may vary in cost depending on your individual needs, and package pricing is available for select services. Fees are subject to change, and discounts cannot be combined with specials or package pricing.
Aspen Integrative Medical Center is a cash-pay medical practice and does not bill health insurance directly, with the exception of eligible laboratory testing for patients with commercial insurance.

Follow-Up Appointments
Follow-up appointments are scheduled for an appropriate amount of time based on the reason for your visit and the complexity of your care. Most in-person follow-up appointments are scheduled for 45 minutes, while most telemedicine follow-ups are scheduled for 30 minutes.
Follow-up appointments are billed based on the actual amount of provider time required at a rate of $300/hour, rather than simply the amount of time reserved on the schedule.
- Typical in-person follow-up (45 minutes): $225
- Typical telemedicine follow-up (30 minutes): $150
- Extended follow-up (up to 60 minutes): up to $300
If your visit requires less provider time than anticipated, your fee may be adjusted accordingly.
Returning Patients: If it has been more than 12 months since your last appointment with one of our providers, a 60-minute follow-up appointment is required to allow adequate time to review changes in your health and treatment plan. If it has been more than 2 years, you will need to re-establish care as a new patient.
Clinical Services Outside of Appointments
There is no charge for brief clinical tasks requiring 5 minutes or less of provider time. Clinical work requiring more than 5 minutes may be billed based on the time required.
Examples of billable services include:
- Patient letters: 15 minutes – $35 | 30 minutes – $75
- Medical records requests: $55
- Clinical review and treatment plan updates: $75 per 15-minute increment ($300/hour). Clinical decisions and treatment plan changes are generally best addressed during a scheduled appointment. However, when appropriate, a patient may request that their provider review new laboratory results or medical records and provide recommendations or make changes to an existing treatment plan between appointments. In these situations, provider time may be billed accordingly.
- Extensive medical record review: $75 per 15-minute increment ($300/hour). This may include reviewing extensive records prior to a new patient appointment or reviewing a large volume of new records for an established patient between appointments.
For more involved concerns, new health issues, or significant changes to your treatment plan, your provider may require a scheduled follow-up appointment rather than addressing the issue outside of a visit.

Fees & Cost of Services FAQ
We are a cash-pay medical practice and do not bill health insurance. Health insurance plans in Arizona do not credential naturopathic physicians for the services we provide.
While this means payment is due at the time of service, it also allows our providers to practice without many of the restrictions imposed by insurance companies. We can spend more time with our patients, individualize treatment plans, and make clinical decisions based on what we believe is most appropriate for each patient rather than what an insurance plan will authorize or cover.
Depending on your insurance plan, you may still be eligible for out-of-network reimbursement. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance company. Coverage and reimbursement vary by plan, so we recommend contacting your insurer directly regarding your benefits.
We’re happy to provide you with superbills for your charges at no cost. Please allow up to 14 business days for us to prepare the superbill paperwork. If you request additional information or documentation beyond the superbill to submit to your insurance, please note that we may charge an hourly rate to cover the time spent preparing those documents.
Please note that Medicare and Medicaid do not cover or reimburse services provided by naturopathic doctors in Arizona. As a result, we are unable to provide a superbill for Medicare/Medicaid patients. If any labs you’ve had are not covered by your insurance, and our practice is billed for them, you will be responsible for the cost of those labs.
We kindly remind you that payment for services is due in full at the time of your visit, in accordance with our clinic policies. Your bill may include fees for your appointment, treatments, and any items provided during your care.
If you have any questions about your bill or believe there is an error, please don’t hesitate to contact our office. We’re happy to review any concerns and assist you in understanding your charges. While we are unable to adjust payment obligations outside of our established policies, we truly appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
To make things easier for you, we accept a variety of payment methods, including Check, Cash, Visa, Discover, and MasterCard. We also offer the option to pay with your HSA/FSA accounts if that’s more convenient for you. Please note that there is a $40.00 fee for any returned checks.
The cost of some treatments varies depending on factors such as the treatment provided, dosage, ingredients used, number of treatment areas, or length of the service. We’re happy to provide more specific pricing when scheduling.
Yes. Package pricing is available for select services and treatments. Please contact our office for current package options. Discounts cannot be combined with specials or package pricing.
No. Unless otherwise specified, laboratory testing, supplements, medications, and other products or outside services are separate from your appointment fee.
Clinical work performed outside of a scheduled appointment may be subject to a fee based on the amount of provider time required. This may include reviewing laboratory results or medical records and making changes to your treatment plan. More involved concerns may require a follow-up appointment.
Absolutely. If the price of a service isn’t listed or you’re unsure which fee applies, please contact our office. Our team can help clarify expected costs before scheduling whenever possible.
We do our best to keep this page up to date; however, fees are subject to change. Please contact our office if you would like to confirm current pricing before scheduling.
